Hypotony is one of the most challenging conditions in Ophthalmology.  It is often said that high pressures are bad, but hypotony kills eyes.  This lecture presents a systematic approach to the etiology of hypotony including diagnostic pearls and management indicators.   Diagnosing the cause for the hypotony is critical in the overall treatment of this difficult disease.
